I’m so hungry for my own home to decorate. Currently I’m swinging between industrial, Swedish minimalism and a turn of the century French aesthetic… it’s making for an interesting homeware wishlist!
Good lord, I am getting desperate for my own place. Everywhere I look I see amazing homeware and furniture and the need for a place of my own just keeps on growing. What doesn’t help is that a lot of the things I find myself desiring lie a little on the pricier side of life… but that’s what I get for my Urban Outfitters obsession!
I could have included hundreds of items in this homeware wishlist but I thought it best to keep things relatively short and sweet. As a start, the vinyl shelves and patterned drawers are both from good old Urban Outfitters and, realistically, should be pretty easy to either thrift or make myself with a little up-cycling. I do love you UO, but I’m not about to spend £200+ on something I can probably find at a car boot sale.
I looove the corresponding prints between the Urban Outfitters rug, Bombay Duck pouf and Made.com love seat. Not going to lie, the love seat and pouf are direct inspiration from Kate who’s interior style is the envy of so many of us bloggers! As extra accessories to add on, the Sass and Belle terrarium, the trendy exposed light bulbs from Made.com, dinosaur planter from Ohh Deer and mustard telephone from Flamingo Gifts would all be the finishing touches that really make my space ‘me’.
I’m beyond excited to get some of these items crossed off and filling my hypothetical flat, here’s only hoping I don’t fill it up before I have time to appreciate it (or that I change my mind on what I want… yet again)!
