LUSH Halloween 2016 – Mini Haul

Sometimes you just need to treat yourself. Two bath bombs from the LUSH Halloween 2016 range were just what I needed!

The LUSH Halloween 2016 range launched last week so it was only a matter of time before I descended on a store! On a trip to the Manchester Arndale I couldn’t help but gravitate towards the lovely smelling store and, naturally, came away with a couple of treats.

Monsters Ball

Monsters Ball (£4.25) is a new addition to the Halloween range for 2016. I’m a sucker for an anthropomorphic bath bomb so how could I resist his big eye? He’s a pricey one but he’s large so you get plenty for your money.  I love his colour as, for some reason, I rather enjoy bathing in Ribena-coloured water! The scent is fruity as the main ingredient is limes and with plenty of cocoa butter it’s sure to leave your skin nice and soft.

Lord of Misrule

Lord of Misrule (£3.95) is a returning product but not one I’ve ever personally used. It has a bit of a cult following though so I thought it time to check it out. It’s quite herbal scented which is not my usual thing but I’m looking forward to the relaxing properties from the patchouli and vanilla. It’s green on the outside but apparently dissolves to a lovely purple – yay! Supposedly this is actually a Christmas product but I guess people just can’t wait that long for it.

In true LUSH fashion, the sales assistant gave me a little sample of the Lord of Misrule shower cream. I never expect these samples but it’s always so nice to be given them.

I’m disappointed I couldn’t indulge in more of the range but I’m on a budget so what can you do? The LUSH Halloween range always gets me most excited for all the Christmas products around the corner. Let the count down begin!
